Erin Butner Stubbs is a designer at heart and a passionate futurist. After experience a high-risk with her second pregnancy, an extensive time in NICU and hundreds of health appointments for her little one, she knows firsthand the importance of proactive pediatric care.

A firm believer in the human-centered design process, she has built innovation incubators, new products, thoughtful customer experiences and authentic brands for a multitude of Fortune 500 companies. From leading Nike's new ventures innovation incubator to running global brand projects at IDEO, Erin has worked on projects in industries ranging from food to finance, retail to real estate. Prior Erin worked in advertising on some of the world’s most iconic brands.

When she puts down her Post-Its, she can be found loving on her two little girls and adventuring with her husband.
